Senza Glutine – that’s what I learned how to say in Rome and it means gluten free in Italian. Well at La Vita e Bella has an awesome gf menu. There are tons of great choices, the only thing is they don’t have gluten free bread.
We started off with the muscles, which you can see came with the bread so make sure you remind the server no bread. That said the muscles rocked! They were so tasty, I could have eaten two servings as a meal.
For my main I ate the risotto which was fantastic, creamy, delish and filling. Overall we had an awesome meal. The only thing I don’t like is that the room is hollow and so when it fills up it seems sooo loud. They need to drop the celing or put in some sort of insulation. That said, before a concert or an event at the dome, La Vita e Bella is a great option.
